Your orders at Colors of Eden are free of shipping and handling.
Once we have produced your individually desired piece of jewelry, we will deliver it free of charge, no additional shipping or handling fees, to the address of your choice.

30-Day Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your jewelry, you may return it within 30 days - free of charge. Please understand that we can only accept items returned in their original condition, without signs of wear. The refund of the purchase price is therefore subject to gemological testing and the integrity of that piece of jewelry. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

If you decide to withdraw or cancel your order, we guarantee a 100% refund on the purchase price.

1 Year Warranty

For a period of 1 year following your purchase, we assume responsibility for any manufacturing or stone defects. Despite our excellent craftsmanship and highest standards of quality regarding our gemstones and precious metals, minor defects (i.e.: loose gemstones etc.) can occasionally present themselves. Should this occur, Colors of Eden will reset and repair the piece of jewelry free of charge. Please include any loose gemstones with your returned product. We will reset your piece of jewelry and send it back to you, at our expense.
